SOLVE Nepal was established in 1989 based on the volunteer concept an active youth who recognized the need for a local non governmental and not-for-profit organization in Dhankuta.
Currently, SOLVE is implementing various development projects in different districts. Implemented various projects in 32 district of 7 province, partnership with different international and national agencies. SOLVE exists with some development intervention in some districts SOLVE has direct intervention system where as in some districts are working in making alliance and networks with local organizations. The organization has been involved in both types of activities i.e. need based and right based approaches.
SOLVE-Nepal, in it’s history of 31 years has faced and experienced many challenges and hurdles in the path of development. The worldwide effect of COVID-19, the changing policies of international donor agencies, changes in nation’s political system are some of the elements that always have to face the effect by development workers. But, the constant favour of our funding agency helping us to drive our mission, where our right holders are living. We must thank to all of them, who contributed us to reach with them.
